How to Use

• Refillable: Refill your roll-on up to 3 times.
• Relief: For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains.
• Application: Apply directly to affected areas, such as knees, elbows, or ankles. Rub and/or massage into the affected areas as desired.
• Frequency: Apply to affected areas no more than three to four times daily.
